Where It All Started
In 2004, we began business in Seattle as West Coast Careers, serving businesses and candidates across the Pacific Northwest. From the beginning, we focused primarily on sales and marketing roles.
We proudly served both candidates and employers with a dedicated, hands-on recruiting approach. Every candidate was personally interviewed by our recruiters—an approach we’ve remained committed to and continue to follow today.

As the hiring process evolved, we transitioned from in-person interviews to virtual interviews. This shift allowed us to expand beyond regional hiring and begin serving companies and candidates across the United States.
