Does it cost anything to work with Summit Recruiting?
No. Our services are free for candidates. Our fees are paid by the employers we recruit for.
What types of roles do you recruit for?
We specialize in sales, marketing, and ecommerce roles, from entry level to senior and executive positions. This includes Account Executives, Outside Sales Reps, SDRs, Sales Engineers, sales leaders, marketers, and ecommerce professionals.
How do I register as a candidate?
Click “Register as a Candidate” or “Submit resume” anywhere on our site, or send us your details through our Contact page. Include your resume and a short note about the type of role you’re looking for.
What happens after I submit my resume?
Our recruiters review every submission. If your experience matches a current or upcoming opportunity, a recruiter will contact you to learn more about your skills, goals, and the type of company where you’ll thrive.
Do I need to live in Seattle?
No. While we’re based in Seattle, we interview virtually and work with candidates and companies across the United States.
Will my resume be shared without my permission?
No. We only share your resume with an employer after we’ve discussed the role with you and you’ve agreed to be considered.
Can you help me prepare for interviews?
Yes. Our team can help with your resume, prepare you for interviews, and share insight into the companies you’re meeting with.
Do you have jobs that aren't posted online?
Yes. Many of our opportunities aren’t publicly posted, so registering with us can give you access to roles you won’t find on job boards.

How does your recruiting process work?
We start by working with your hiring managers to define what success in the role looks like. We then learn about each candidate’s strengths and goals, and present only candidates who fit both the role and your company culture.
How do you find candidates?
We draw on our candidate database and long-standing industry relationships. If we don’t already know the right fit for your role, we’ll go out and find them.
Do you recruit outside Seattle?
Yes. We’re based in Seattle and recruit for companies across the United States.
How are your fees structured?
